Highland Lakes Owners Association

I am writing because someone wrecked their car at the front leaving the complex because there is a ton of glass up there. I cleaned off the glass in the actual turn lane ( which was a lot), even though i got a lot of evil looks from people. I just wanted to save  people a lot of flat tire hardaches. It needs to be looked at further to make sure that everything is cleaned up. Im not exactly sure who is responsible for cleaning it up. Thank you.
