A developer has a contract down on the property up front. He is in the stage of conducting his due diligence for this would be office/medical building. He would build (single story) on the south side first, and later on the north side. I explained that we owned the property along Wynnpage and will not allow entry through there due to concern for our children as well as the traffic issues. I faxed him a copy of our neighbor/attorney's letter (Gary Vodika) documenting our ownership. Will keep you posted as new information arises.
