I just heard their are children destroying property, after they get of school. They have been roaming the streets in a large group. Terrorizing other children, and local businesses.
I would like to propose that all area's affected by their activity take vudeos and pictures, send them to the schools and the police. These hoodums need to be stopped.
Please help.
