When It Rained, It Poured

We finally tracked down the roofers that placed our roof in November of '98. They have now added more drip edge and have made some repairs of the exterior. There are more repairs to go.
When out gutters fill with leaves, the gutters stop up therefore causing our balconey's, in those areas, to get a lot of rain water. We will be trimming the trees again and will try to alleviate part of the problem.
