Our New Porter and Son

We have a new part time groundsman! Bill Lloyd and his son Patrick will be on the grounds in the morning hours, Monday through Friday. He will do our watering, litter removal, keep our pool and gazebo areas neat and clean and make small repairs of the exterior and common areas. We formulated a "to do list" for him to work by so believe me, he stays busy. He is a home owner at Bordeaux Village and has been on their Board of Directors. His wife, Nancy, is presently on the Bordeaux Board. Nancy and I work closely with our security and crime watch. Bill is familar with board policy and will be a valuable asset to our property.
