The HOA needs to approve any changes that affect the exterior of your home, including painting, landscaping, decks and exterior addtions. Please use Application for Improvement, which can be obtained from this website or highlandvistahoa@yahoo.com, and submit it to any Board member, highlandvistahoa@yahoo.com, or mail it to P O Box 2312, Littleton CO 80161. The HOA Board will respond to your written request within ten days. The review process is mainly to ensure that exterior paint colors conform to the neighborhood and to prevent the addition of structures that are not aesthetically pleasing.
 

Please do your part to maintain your yard and keep it relatively weed-free. If the side of your house abuts a street, you are responsible for removing the weeds on the exterior of your fence. Your property line ends at the sidewalk. Weeds detract from the neighborhood and easily spread to your neighbors' yards. Please help our neighborhood look clean and well kept. This helps protect and even enhance our property values.
