March 31, 2003 - Homeowner's Association Meeting

Monday, March 31, 2002 at 7pm. - A meeting was conducted by our home owner's association board regarding "Fining Policies." Approximately 40 homeowners were in attendance. There was lively discussion on the ability of the homeowner's association to fine, the manner in which fines would be assessed, a grievance policy and the activities that Principle Management would continue to provide.

Other discussions centered on the membership of the committees, particularly the architectural committee. The compliance or non-compliance of the homeowners and the frequent letters sent by Principle Management group.

Action items from the meeting included a comprehensive fining policy that will include procedures for warnings, fines and grievances.

No final decisions were made. Another meeting will be scheduled.
