Having a Garage Sale?
A garage sale is great way to rid your house of clutter and make a few bucks!

Please remember that the City of Dallas permits two garage sales each year per property. The sales may last no longer than three days and a person cannot sell merchandise acquired solely for resale purposes in the garage sale. A sign advertising the sale can only be placed on the property where the sale is occurring. Also, please remember to be courteous to your neighbors and ask your customers to keep the alley clear!

Traffic Light Update
The City of Dallas Traffic department has once again come to measure the flow of traffic at Timberglen and Midway. The first count did not produce accurate results and a second count has resulted in a recommendation of light at the intersection. That?’s the good news?….the bad news is that the funds must now be allocated...a process that has not yet been completed. We will keep you posted on the progress!
