Southbridge 7 Homeowners, 

It was brought to our attention that Arrowhead Snow Services can no longer plow snow out of the cul-de-sacs and across the streets due to liability concerns. This prompted the Board to create a map of snow push locations for the entire community. 

The areas marked on the map have been determined by both the Board and Arrowhead to be the best location for each cul-de-sac.  We ask that all residents take note of where the snow will be pushed to avoid any surprises. 

In order for Arrowhead Snow Services to correctly plow each cul-de-sac, all vehicles must be parked in driveways only. Vehicles that are parked on the street in the cul-de-sac during a snowstorm are subject to being towed at the owners' expense. 

Arrowhead Snow Services is contracted to begin plowing at 4", this is the indicator that your vehicle MUST be moved off of the cul-de-sac at that time. 

This new process ensures that each cul-de-sac is plowed correctly and avoids any liability for slip and falls for all residents.
