Darby Roofing
I had a discussion with Darby roofing for 45 minutes one day and they said that there have been no roof replacements. They said that the roof on building 190 had a membrane added to it. This roof is still leaking on building 190 according to residents. To replace the roof the. . . the complete top membrance including the plywood are taken off and the roof will need to be picthed slightly to allow the water to drain off and not puddle.
