We keep having the same issues because TMMC is Incompetent to acess the situation by looking back at their records as repeat problems keep draining our money and the root causes of the problems are never taken care of. This hot water issue goes back at least 6 years as each year about every 2-3 months we wake up to face the day with no hot water.

According to Servi-Tech their is a air/Fuel combustion mixing issue with the forced hot water boiler. It looks like TMMC will continue to escalate the continuing problem with Classical Mechanical each time as they reset the system and do nothing to fix the problem.

This is a direct reflection of how the Management company TMMC operates as they having been just floating above water and just about ready to sink as a real Property Management company as these continuing problems are never dealt with by them and they ignore the people in this Highline Meadows Community.

We as a community have a choice of who should be managing this complex and TMMC has been given a failing grade and should be Fired and replaced ASAP.
