Dear Folks,

 Why would a Good friend and Neighbor put so much effort into finding real fault in the Current Management Company?

Why am I being harassed?

 I have received 4  VIOLATION letters and 1 Cease and Desist Notice....

Did I really make that much of an Impact on this complex and its people or did I somehow make the Board of Directors CONSIDER MakING a Change?

 Are they responding to their short comings in the improper management of this community and the wasteful fleecing of our owners in the way of unaudited spending.

 Should we change? Or do we let THESE SAME PEOPLE SPEND THE 3-4 MILLION DOLLARS??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

 

 

The reason you are being treated like this is because you are standing up for your rights as a homeowner and you are protecting your real estate investment and that makes the board of directors and T.M.M.C. look very ineffective and incompetant.Keep up the good work and they will have no choice but to change or step down or get sued,any of the above works for me.
