Dear Board of Directors,
As an association member in good standing, I find that your latest stunt involving the removal of the Porch, which is Evidence in a ongoing District Court case involving my neighbor Richard Reberg 130 east highline Circle #308 without communicating it to the owner, is another example of Incompetence by TMMC and the Board of Directors.
Any work done on the roofs or balconies need to be reported to the Unit owners even though it is considered covered by the association for repair of replacement before the work is done. You have recently done work in my condo unit at 130 East Highline Circle in which you also provided no paper work concerning what was to be done, the actual work and the completed work.
This fly by night operation along with not obtaining permits, not communicating with owners and running around this complex with two unqualified, uninsured and un bonded maintenance personnel should be stopped.
As anyone knows a Good management company is only as good as their communication. Your Non communication in acknowledging complaints, performing rework or replacements with association member owners should alert the Board of Directors to find another management company.
