2000 RETRO OR WHAT HAPPENED AROUND HERE LAST YEAR?

Cheryl Schaefer, past President of the Hill Pond Condo Asso. Board, notes that the coordination of regular maintenance issues with special events projects is necessary to keep things running smoothly. And last year we saw many positives with such action in place:

• 12 units painted


• 6 units -- roofs and gutters replaced


• 5 units -- roof leaks repaired


• 5 areas -- backyard mud replaced by


• sod and rock


• lawn areas watered and mowed


• trees and bushes trimmed


• major snowstorm cleanup


• Whassup? party happening


• Neighborhood Watch program reactivated

As our past President, Cheryl would like to thank each and every member of the board for their participation and contribution to last year's projects and activities, and to thank our management company for their guidance and help.

UPDATE
Cheryl and Dick Schaefer have sold their condo and moved to the East side of town. We thank Cheryl for the great job she has done as president and past board member, and wish her well in her new home.
