LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE REPORT

Over the last couple of years the Hill Pond Condo Association has worked with our landscaping contractor, Evergreen Landscaping, to develop a landscaping plan for the complex. This plan includes improving common ground landscaping to enhance the beauty and value of Hill Pond for all of its owners. Last year, areas of 1907 and 1913 Waters Edge were rocked to cover areas where grass will not easily grow. Not only has this added to the esthetics of the area but has helped to stop unwanted erosion. Evergreen has provided the association with a prioritized list of projects for the Hill Pond common grounds. Although our funds will not allow us to finish all needed projects this year, we will stretch our available funds to the maximum.
