ROOF AND PAINT COMMITTEE

Roofs -- Ed Snyder and Michael Greer from Atlas Roofing will physically examine each unit?¹s roof and give us information as to each roof?¹s status, and a recommendation as to when and in what general order each should be replaced. They will also address maintenance options during the replacement period. The board will receive a written report / recommendation when this is completed. Watch for an update on units to be painted and roofed this summer.
