Bring the issue to the Board

I was surfing and thought I would look at the web page and I was rather shocked to see this discussion on the page.

First I was a party to the action and as part of the settlement; neither party can discuss the details of the action.

So how can it be that the other party is discussing the details with you?

Second, the final papers are not signed yet by either party, so comment at this time would also be in poor taste. In fact, your one sided comments could create further delay in the case, which would increase the attorney fees to both parties of the dispute.

Third, you are only hearing one side of the story from your friend, so your view is going to be influenced by that friendship.

I agree with the people who have commented about your hiding behind a computer.

I am posting my name, since I am not afraid of the decisions that the Board has been required to make.

If you wish to express you view, then have the courage to attend board meetings and bring up your concerns there!

Better yet, take an active part working with the board to improve this neighborhood!

As a board member, I would welcome your help.

As far as further discussion of this case, I agree with the writer who compared this with the discussion of children. Move on to something which will improve our neighborhood!

Adults??

So is that what you people want to be considered? The damn work on the house is finished, the neighbors (who see it) don't mind. Why can't everyone just get over it, including the association!!
