The Hilltop Business Association is a membership organization that has been serving the Hilltop area of Columbus since 1924. The HBA is guided by a Board of Trustees elected each year by the members of the HBA. Officers are also elected each year and include President, First and Second Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
