Historic Kenwood

Does anyone know of a better smell than the wonderful citrus blossoms that are filling our air lately. So nice to go on a walk in the neighborhood and smell such a pretty thing. Too bad they don't bloom longer than just a couple of weeks.

Ditto!

We have also gone on walks with the dog around dusk and enjoyed the smell. It is wonderful. To bad there aren't more trees left. When I was kid, there were still many more trees left from the groves and that people had planted. Now, for most it's just easier to go to the store. We had seven trees in the back yard of the house I grew up in. This was in the Harshore area by Gladden park. My grandfather planted them when he owned the house. My bedroom window opened up to a large juicing orange tree. So, smelling the sweet odor always makes me think back.
