Not a real problem
You don't want our area to get like them, but what if we can help them to get more like us. If ''midtown'' gets better it will only increase our values.
The whole idea is to get the demographics to look better for investers. If new businesses move in, all the better. If 22nd.St returns to glory, it will help not just us, but the whole city. Our biggest problem now is how close we are to the ''Southside''. If that problem goes away, the sky is the limit. My only problem is the politicking that goes on. If a new business moves into our area, the city can take credit for it as a new ''midtown'' addition, when maybe they did nothing to help the area.
Historic Kenwood will be Historic Kenwood(historic designation and all) no matter what else we are a part of or what thay call it.
