Historical Residential Houston Heights

What can be done? I have already spoken with the appartment manager about this and yet people keep breaking boards to cross into aparments or to Jalna Street. Also the renters located on 7426 Jalna are no help. There are at least two to three famlies there. There is always someone new coming to the house. They have been caught breaking the fence to cross over to the aparments. Can someone please help. We do not know what to do as concerned home owners. Who should we contact to complain, the owner of that home is hard to get a hold of.

HPD is really cracking down on apartment owners right now.  My recommendation would be to contact the Longpoint HPD Storefront at (832) 394-0104 and be sure to attend the monthly PIP meetings.  There is one coming up Tuesday.  Details are below.
