Is anyone else concerned about the large amount of barking dogs recently?? It seems that everytime I walk outside my door there are four or five dogs out who have been left on their patios and continue to bark - when I leave for work, when I get home and when I'm getting ready for bed. Most are these little ''yippy'' dogs with the high pitch bark. I have a dog myself and have been very considerate to those around me. He is only aloud outside when I am home - when I can monitor what he is doing. I feel that other are not being as considerate - if your dog barks, keep them inside, please. I, myself, do not want to hear your dog bark, as with other neighbors whom I have talked with. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Let's control the amount of dogs barking.
