Here is an update on the break in that happened yesterday in Charter Oaks.  The car involved was a dark mid-sized sedan (possibly a Chrysler) with New York tags.  Both the driver and passenger were female (white or 
hispanic).   The car was seen by multiple residents driving through the 
neighborhood slowly.  Access was gained through the garage window which was not visible from the street.
