Looking to make some changes to the exterior of your home?
- First, review the new Schedule A mailed you last month.

If you find your project listed in Schedule A:
- Just follow the outline of pre-approved criteria.
- No ACC request will be required.

Don?’t see your project or paint colors listed?
- Then just fill out an ACC request form and submit for approval.

The ACC meets monthly to review all submissions. The ACC requires 45 days notice prior the the start of your project for the approval process to be completed. If you do not have an ACC request form please contact Laureate Management and ask them to mail you one.
