Hello all, I just wanted to express a concern we are having. We are renting to own our home and our landlord is 100% us getting some type of a storage building in order to get the ard cleaned up. Our only storage at this point is under the home. We want to purchase one of those rent to own sheds that looks veryy nice. And we have been turned twice because they claim it has to have a foundation. And ng to keep it itif anyone know these buildings come with a floor and completely leveled. So then we thought that maybe a carport would be okay and now there is an isse with that. I can make either one of these building
permenant" if that is the issue. But it seems every time I come up with a solution it is somethiing else. I have looked around all of turtle cove and see sheds that are just ou on blocks or ar just an eye sore to begin with. So my take on it is if the home has already been here we should have to go by the old rules and if it is a new build it should abide by the new rules. I get warned about things in my yard but not allowed to build something to keep it in. I just want some feed back if I may. Thank You From MHart!!
