At The Pines HOA meeting tonight I mentioned that my duplex had been broken into about 4-5 weeks ago. About three weeks later a couple of suspicious guys came to the door asking to speak with the landlord and wanting to use the phone. I think they were trying to case the place to see if the items that were taken previously had been replaced. This comment at our HOA meeting opened the door to others taking about home robberies that have happened to them in the last 6 months. There were 4 or 5 others who had experienced robberies. I though it would be good if we all kept each other informed of these trends so we can be more vidulant. There was a lot of discussion but a few of the suggestions were:

-- call 911 if you suspect a breakin at a neighbors house, keep vidulant

--watch for characters who you do not recognize belonging to the neighborhood
