as a renter, we forfilled our year lease, held up our end of the deal. our first week in the house, we had trouble. our kids room, our room, laundry room and front porch flooded. we contacted the land lord, informed him of the problem. when its rent time, he comes and put a band aid on it just to get the rent. nothing was fixed. our lease is up and wish not to renew it, and informed the landlord of us moving. now he running around trying to fix problems in hopes of keeping us here.ive got live video of the floodingin the house and all the bedrooms, the rats, and the flooding under the house. my son went to use his bathroom, to find a rat swimming, and i have the video of that as well. the king size bed we had in the laundry room is now no good, its trashed because of the laundry room flooding.  we held up our end of the deal, we think he should be held responsible.!!  weve spend restless nights soaking up water, useing all our clean towels, mops, and what ever else that would help. who do i contact that will help me?
