I have a few partys a year and every time i do my yard gets a little messy like the grill is still out and the fire pit and on ocassion there will be a beer bottle or two on ground.

Its not like i dont clean it up but I do wait tell the fallowing day to clean it. so my question becomes y is the city of aurora up my butt trying to give me tickets every time there is any thing in my yard i have checked the regulations on this matter,and have only found that debris and trash are not aloowed in yard. Which is fine but maybe its time we put a time limit on how long it can remain,Say like 24 hours and it has to be documented bye the city of auroar offical before a ticket can be issued.I dont know i am just tired of being hurassed bye this one citty code enforcer who has attempted to ticket me sevral times on false pretences.

maybe you should consider renting a hall the next time you hold a party. I bet your neighbors are tired of your activities. Trash from your party goers? well dang how rude of your guests to trash your yard. How rude of you to allow this trashing. Where are your trash cans while your party is going on? out of sight?

Doesn't sound like false pretenses to me, you admit to trash in your yard after a party. Trash generated from your own party guests. I guess your parties get real loud and messy. Isn't it time you grow up and except your responsiblilities of being a good neighbor enstead of a party animal?
