Last year the Rental Properties Company mowed this small piece of property one time only after a large number of call by me to the Assoc. president. It is a eye soar to our neighberhood and needs to be resolved immediately. I have called the president and the land scape/city liaison person on our board again this year with no results. I recommend that we turn this over to the city to clean up this property and bill the property owner or commission the mowing sevice we have under contract to begin to mow this property when they mow the associated "reserve F" ease way and to bill this rental property owner.
