To ALL Homeowners of Johnson Ranch in San Tan Valley.  Make it a point to attend Johnson Ranch Board meetings to hear about a proposed Community Center and how much it will cost you, Yes you the homeowner it it goes through.  We need ALL homeowners to take an interest in our community and attend these meetings and be heard. 

You need to be well informed so when it is put to vote you can vote right.  Remember we have approximately 6000 residents and the new homes going up gives the builder an immediate 325 votes and in order to stop this we the homeowners need to have more than 325 residential votes which excludes the builder votes.  Tell your neighbors we need everyone to take an interest....
