barking dog...I love dogs and fully understand that dogs do bark. I own one myself,she barks when someone knocks at the door, or when we come home, I get that. But I have a backyard neighbor that chains her dog up around 8 am and it barks non stop until around 8 pm.i don't even know how the dog even has any vocal cords left. it is a nuisance when you want to hang out out back and have to listen to this continuous barking. my other neighbors feel the same way and some have had words with her about it.I feel as though she might be doing it just to spite them. i know the dog officer has been called but there isn't much he can do he said if it within the hours of disturbing the peace. does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this situation the right way? thanks
