dumping

Posted in: Homeowner

I would like the ass. to drive on colony pines cir. west. and ask why the trash and dumping on the curve is every week. Why can't we have people who like a clean  area. Why should the people who takes care of their property, have to pay for their mess. There is cars all over the lawn . It looks like the inter city. If people are renting these houses ,they should be find. We could use that money for clean up.

I believe we all have a shared responsibility to care for our neighborhood, especially the immediate surroundings of our property; this is the reason for this post: Earlier this year, four tires were illegally dumped on my property--on my side of the alley, close to the garage.  Today (Oct. 11), another tire was dumped at the same location.

Needless to say, it's extremely frustrating to have to deal with the disposal of tires on one's property, especially taking into account that, even though we're not the culprits, we could potentially receive a fine. I don't know why our property is being chosen (or even if we're being targeted), but, as it is illegal to dump used tires on another person's property, I am requesting that the culprit(s) cease the dumping, in good faith.

Thank you!
