This is again another request for the neighbor who reported us to the Humanee Society twice to come forth and discuss with us their issues! We have called and visited the Humane Society and were told the allegations were unfounded. They also told us a dog can bark and any barking AFTER 15 mins can then be called in. Everyone feels the neighbor is upset about other things besides the dog. So please have enough decency to come forth and discuss your real issues with us. Tom Hart and Diane Dabis
