Im a Condo owner at Stonegate Pointe in Pontiac, MI. I lived there for 3 years. I pay my association fees ON TIME every month. I have 4 cars that I own with proper tags and insured. I alternate my cars and drive them back and forth to work everyday. 2 of my cars I park in front of my condo. North Management in Southfield, MI placed a "Tow" tag on one of my vehicles and stated that if my vehicle is parked for 2 days, its considered "Storage" and I will have my vehicle "Towed". I didnt receive a letter in the mail or a phone call from North Management over this "Concern" about my vehicle. This was my "FIRST" time hearing from them when I took the initiative and contacted North Management myself. My cars have ALWAYS been parked in front of my condo. There are numerous of residents that parks their vehicles in front of their homes everyday, but for some reason, MY vehicle was the ONLY vehicle that was "Tagged to be Towed". When I contacted North Management in Southfield, they was rude and very disrespectful. My vehicle was "Tagged" on my day off. I have 2 days off. North Management stated that they "Marked" my vehicle and it has not been moved in 2 days, so I will have to move my vehicle. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I move into my Condo from violence and gunshed to I thought it would be "Peace" here at Stonegate Pointe. If I go on vacation or have my days off, Im afraid for my vehicles because North Management threatened to tow my vehicles. Maybe North Management needs to be more concerned about the potholes throughout Stonegate Pointe and the Winter Plow services that does a terrible job plowing our snow throughout Stonegate Pointe in the winter.
