HI Neighbors!  I was just hired to sell a home the other day in Cambrian and the sellers started telling me about their mother's home for sale here in the Lone Hill Estates, which I found facinating since I'd never heard of the name before.  Since I am listing this 4 BR home around the beginning of April 1st, 2015, I thought it was very interesting to learn about the area since I drive by the area all the time as I go to work to Los Gatos.  I wanted to see if you also had some information or stories about this area... perhaps you grew up in the area?  I found out that Drysdale was the contractor/developer/builder(?) and there were three phases of the development, from Branham Ave. to Blossom Hill Rd, so now I have an idea why Drysdale Drive is near.  Looking forward to your shares about this area.
