1.Does T.M.M.C and the Highline Meadows Board of Directors have knowledge that all or some of the units in the complex contain asbestos?
2.Is the board and management co. licenced and trained to perform proper abatement proceedures?
3.Are their onsight employees properly trained in these proceedures as well?
4.Have the employees been provided with the proper person protective equipment as set forth in the OSHA regulations?
5.Has t.m.m.c. and the board of directors improperly done other under the radar repairs involving ceiling or sheetrock materials?
6.Does T.M.M.C. and the board of directors in conjunction with employees have proper documentation and proper permits to legally do these repairs so as not to put homeowners or renters at risk?
7.What safety program does T.M.M.C. and the board have in place to protect employees and homeowners and other peaple that are on the property?
8.Is T.M.M.C or the board of directors or the onsight employees licenced contactors and can they even legaly pull permits at the inspectors office?
8.Are the three above parties licenced plumbers and or electricians and able to obtain inspections for these jobs as well?
9.If so how many permits and inspections have been done since 2003?
