FROM THE DESK OF THE PRESIDENT

I start this report on a sad note. We were deeply sadden by the deaths and severely injured teens on March 7th on the Burgess Hill. We hope this sad message will be heard by those who repeatedly refused our requests to have a speed bump at the foot of the hill to slow the traffic before reaching the hill. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ! Come to this month's meeting and voice your concern and ideas on a possible solution. Our State Representative, Tupac Hunter will be our guest speaker.
DP Day is March 27th; locations Fenkell between Chapel and Bentler.
Please come out to help the students clean our neighborhood.
Applications for precinct delegates will be available at the meeting.
You may have noticed the many new homes popping up in our community,
we are hopeful they will continue to replace the abandoned houses and the vacant lots.For information call 313 861-0986
Easter Egg Hunt, Park Clean Up and Volunteers. We are looking for
volunteers to help us clean up the Mini Park on April 3rd at 10am, in preparation for the Easter egg hunt on April 10.
Keep in mind Brightmoor Days, Unity in the Community and Kid Crew
coming soon. Do not forget our friends at AIM HI and the free services they offer to our community.
