The Police Reserve corps is now accepting applications to become a reserve officer. Training is approx. 96 hours which includes Report writing, criminal law, first aid, court procedures, police communications and varied law enforcement issues.
To qualify you must be a U.S. Citizen, 18 years or older, high school diploma or GED and no felony convictions.
Apply in person at the Detroit Police Headquarters Reserve located at 2110 Park, Suite 112, between 8:00AM and 4:00PM.
