Late season flu shots

The Detroit Department of Health & Wellness Promotion (DHWP) will hold two special influenza (flu) shot clinics on Feb. 16 and 23, in addition to the regular walk-in immunization schedule, to protect residents from infection during the lingering flu season.
All Detroit residents, regardless of age or health condition, can receive free flu shots at two special clinics held at the DHWP Herman Kiefer Health Complex, 1151 Taylor Street in Detroit. The clinics are on Wednesdays, February 16 and 23. Residents are also welcome to receive flu shots at any DHWP site locations during walk-in immunization hours.
