Management Specialists has mailed owners the Rules on Parking and Antennas that they have drafted and have been approved by the Board, comprised of 3 KB officials, on March 3, 2006.
What are your thoughts and questions? If you are in the No Garage Units, will this make your lives good, bad, or no change? If you are in the Garage Units do they sound fair to you? Can you really understand your situation until you see the stripping and the designated guest parking? Would it be helpful to see what the stripping and designations will be before it is done? Did anyone ask you for your input before this was adopted?
