The Board has discussed the possible improvement to replace the existing wood fence with a higher hardie fence.
This would improve the look and reduce the noise. Would you support this upgrade? |

Absolutly. I think the owner of the business should pay 1/2. If he/she does not want to do the reasonable thing-I suggest consulting an attorney & taking the wood fence down (if it is on our property) I'd rather no fence than upgrade his property while footing the bill. Can we just take down the fence? |
