Senior Citizen Activities

The Urban League of Portland, Adult & Senior Services Program is excited to announce opportunities for seniors age 60 and up to have fun with their peers every weekday at the Urban League Multicultural Senior Center. All of our activities are wheelchair accessible and open to those with disabilities, and our van will transport seniors to and from activities. Available activities include:
„X Going on field trips
„X Having lunch
„X Playing games
„X Going shopping
„X Watching movies
„X Volunteering
„X Participating in health and education classes
We also offer case management services that link seniors to:
„X Transportation
„X In-home and personal care services
„X Food and nutrition services
„X Respite for caregivers
„X Grandparent support groups
„X Tax and legal assistance
„X Utility assistance
The Urban League of Portland¡¦s Senior Services Program promotes the health, well-being, and economic security of seniors by providing opportunities and services that enable them to live independently and safely in their homes for as long as possible. Most of the services provided through the Urban League are at no cost to seniors.
