Prostitutes live and work in this neighborhood just like anyone else. I don't think that police or security crackdowns are the answer. If the prostitutes are driven out of this neighborhood they will just move onto the next one anyway and become someone else's ''problem''. Prostitutes of color are routinely singled out for arrest and laws are unfairly enforced. Do we really need to bring more racist police activity into this neighborhood which is 70% people of color?
