Neighborhood Stabilization Program Gives Grant to Hume Springs
The Neighborhood Stabilization Program, funded by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development, has provided a grant of $936,955 to Alexandria Housing Development Corporation.
The AHDC will acquire foreclosed homes to rehabilitate the units for resale to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers in Hume Springs.
