Hunter Bend Neighborhood Association

Has anyone noticed the man that walks in the neighborhood and the park with the two Great Danes and sometimes a German Shepherd off leash? He lets them run all up in people's yards and they trampled my flowers. I tried talking to him about it, but he just pretends like he can't hear me and keeps walking. I called the police, but they say they can't do anything unless they catch him doing it. They say he has had the police called on him before, but the dogs were on leash when they caught up with him. Anyone have any ideas what can be done about this arrogant guy??

The man in question no longer lives in our neighbohood.  He is an attorney in Arlington.  Last name Dunn.  He had 2 Great Danes and often took them out walking with his son's German Sheperd.  I don't think you will be having this problem anymore... he and his dogs live in another city.
