Hi Neighbors!

Our website is barely up....so much more to come.  But at least we can all now communicate with each other.  It's my hope that this will allow us all to keep up on what's is going on in Hunters Chase, more easily access important information we all need, be able to weigh in on things and all get to know each other better.   Everyone's participation is welcomed and appreciated!

Thanks so much for starting up this web site.  I think it's a great idea to keep us all connected.  We are only a small group of co-owners and we need to keep in touch and look after each other.  I think this will really help.

Hi Donna:  I really appreciate your taking the time to open this website.  The information about window repairs will be very usefull to me.  I want to share info on furnaces.  I had a furnace checkup this fall, and the serviceman told me that in May 2013, there would be a law enacted that requires new furnaces be vented outdoors (not inside). 

This would mean a new wall may be necessary to vent outside.  This could impact a lot of homes since our homes are 21 years old and furnaces could be needing to be replaced.  I may not have this info accurate, but thought I would share it!
