It's awfully quiet out there. So I was wondering if we could start sharing good references that we have for things like good furnace repair people, or washing maching repair people, people who painted your front door, plumbers and things like that. If you repond on the discussion board, I'll take those names and numbers and add them to the Maintenance Contact List so everyone can look them up when they need them. It's so nice to have referrals from your neighbors!! Thank you in advance!!
