Update on Neighborhood Picnic Area

It is a nightmare dealing with the city for Permits. I have accepted the bids for the land clearing and the cement contractors. We have to first go through the Drainage District Office to get approval so I can obtain all the rest of the City Permits to get started. I need a Building Permit, Tree Permit just to name a few.
Mr Jesus Villela a Senior Development Services Specialist is willing to help walk me through the process. I will have to get a scaled layout of the playground.I had canceled the Labor Day street party so we can have a picnic and have a neighborhood assembly party on our new playgroung soon. On 21 August 2006 A request for the first permit is with the City Drainage District at this time. Once approved the next permits will be able
