The following is a request that I sent to ProComm Mgt but I also wanted to post it here in hopes that these problems might be taken care of sooner...
"1) Garbage is being left out in front of the pool all week long. Animals get into the garbage and it gets spread all over the area. Would you please inform whomever is in charge of the pool that garbage in our neighborhood is collected only on Tuesdays. All garbage must be in a garbage bin so that the automated collection truck will be able to empty it. If the garbage is not in the bin it will not be taken. Perhaps we need an additional bin. Garbage bins are only supposed to be left out on collection day and not kept out in front of the house. This is in the deed of covenants and applies to all homowners AND the association.
2) According to SAWS (the local water utility) we are in stage 1 water restrictions. This means we are only supposed to water once per week before 10 am or after 8 pm. For the community area this would be on Tuesday because the address ends with the number 3 (www.saws.org). I see the automatic sprinklers running at least 2x/week."
