Hello,
Who can we contact if we have a neighbor who is too lazy to put their cut branches, logs, and clippings in bags or a bin to be picked up? A neighbor on our street has had a large pile of yard junk that looks aweful and patrudes into the road! Any help/guidance would be appreciated, thanks.
